First, get your choice of RAT.
I am using luminosity link.
Then, go to the settings/connection area. Listen on the port that you want to portforward.
Go to 192.168.1.1 or your local gateway(ipconfig). Enter your admin username and password, default is admin:admin or admin:password.
Go to the port forward section, port forward the same port.
Test if your port is open with canyouseeme.org.
VPNs are very alike to that.
VPN USERS DONT HAVE TO DO THIS PART.
Next, go to no-IP or any DNS . Sign up, make a DNS. Attach the DNS to your IP, and you should be set.
And you are done! Start spreading and whatnot.
