1.Register at any PPV network
I suggest you these:

2.Make a website. Might make just a blank one. And add ads there.
3.Head over to http://hat.pm, and shorten your URL (you can use splash page for for extra earnings, but I don't really recomend doing that for 5-6 more cents daily)
4.Register at hitleap, and download the viewer. (I recommend using a VPS, so you get more minutes. More minutes = more earnings)
5.When you will have about 1-2k minutes, add the shortened hat.pm link to your hitleap, so you get some views.
Enjoy, the views will start flowing, and your ads will be viewed. This will bypass the security of ad networks.
This only works with PPV tho.
